30 Day Return Policy

So you bought a product for yourself or for someone else and it comes in and BAM! whatever reason you decide you don't want it anymore.  No worries! You have up to 30 days to return the product to us for a full refund. Just shoot us an email sales@fishingvault.com to let us know what your order # is and what you will be returning and we will reply back with where to ship it to. You will just need to pay for return shipping back to us.

Must be in original sellable condition to be fully refunded

Please make sure the product is in the original unused condition with all of its original packaging in order to receive a full refund. For example, if you buy one of our fishing lures and you throw it all day and don't get a bite and you try to return it to us under the assumption "the product does not work", well, heh heh heh, we probably aren't going to take this one back. In that instance, you my friend are most likely experiencing something that I see quite often in my fishing travels. I call it "fish lockjaw". We dont take returns on fish lockjaw!

Warranty

We have a 1 year warranty on all of our products. If for some reason your product breaks or becomes defective during normal use, we will replace it for you within 1 year of purchase. 

Under some circumstances, we may provide you with a prepaid return label so you can send the product back to see if we can do repair on the unit.

Please note that we cannot warrant any products due to customer damage or any other damage not related to normal use. 

Basically if the product just poops out, stops working, breaks, for some unknown reason during normal use, we will warrant it.

Just shoot us an email sales@fishingvault.com with your order number and product along with an explanation of the issue and we will let you know what the next step is.
